Working closely with me as a mentor I will show you how to harness the power of the mind to to bring about healthy change in lifestyle & behaviour. By focusing on understanding the way the mind works and using several different tools and techniques we can affect the way our Physical body reacts to stress and adversity. Combining this with movement and exercise we can affect the way the body affects the mind to bring general well being and balance into a person life. This can be done online or in person 1 on 1.

Similar to the 1 on 1 coaching but collectively you work with me as a mentor I will show you how to harness the power of the mind to bring about healthy change in lifestyle & behaviour. Together as a group we can bounce off each other and support one another. By focusing on understanding the way the mind works and using several different tools and techniques we can affect the way our Physical body reacts to stress and adversity. Combining this with movement and exercise we can affect the way the body affects the mind to bring general well being and balance into a person life. This can be done online or in person.

Working In a group 3 days a week across 12 weeks. With every 4 weeks changing its focus and building and integrating on previous concepts. We will look deeply into the mind and understand how our thoughts can influence our physical health and well being. We will learn techniques and tools to assist with breaking down barriers and how to control emotions & behaviours. Additionally Physical exercise will be covered and education on how to exercise effectively to increase well being will be presented.

Mind over Body is an integrated health service that focuses on unlocking potential by using psychological tools, spiritual guidance, meditation techniques, breath work, cold exposure and mindfulness. This is integrated with holistic physical exercise and lifestyle coaching to help people overcome and achieve change and overall happiness in their lives.
